Custom moulds
We have the expertise and the tooling experience to develop custom moulds for your containers, giving you freedom to design the product exactly as you want it. You choose the shape, the capacity, the closure and the features; we build the mould and manufacture it.
This is the right route when the container itself is part of how your product is recognised, or when no standard shape fits your filling line.
Custom specifications
Not every requirement needs a new mould. Often an existing mould can be run to a different specification — a heavier wall for a more aggressive content, a different closure size, a COEX structure instead of single-layer, or a specific colour.
This is faster and cheaper than custom tooling, and covers most requirements.
IML labelling
In-mould labelling applies the label during moulding rather than after it. The label becomes part of the container wall, so it cannot peel, scuff or lift — which matters for products that are stored in damp conditions, handled roughly, or subject to chemical splash.
It also produces a better finish than an applied label, with full-surface graphics and no visible edge.
Because the label is fused into the container, it cannot be removed and reapplied to a counterfeit product. Security features such as micro-text, serialised codes and QR codes can be printed into the label, making genuine packaging easy to verify and hard to copy.
Buckets printing
Six-colour UV printing applied directly to the bucket, for full-wrap graphics on pails that are not suited to in-mould labelling.
UV-cured inks dry instantly under light, giving sharp detail, strong colour and a hard-wearing surface that resists scratching, moisture and handling. Printing after moulding also suits shorter runs and quick design changes, since no labels need to be produced in advance.
Logo engravings
Your logo or brand mark engraved directly into the mould, so it is raised or recessed on every container that comes out of it — permanent, and part of the container itself rather than an applied finish.
Suited to brand marks, batch or capacity call-outs, and other detail that should read on the container even with no label attached.
